Request training

We regularly provide training courses in OpenClinica geared at setting up a study that conforms with the NBR CIT (and Genomics England) standard.

Have a look at our upcoming events or alternatively request a training course by contacting Ping Yu

The following modules are available:

– Standard OpenClinica User Training: A one-day course combining theory and hands-on exercises giving a complete overview of the features of OpenClinica, the different user roles/types and CRF design. No previous knowledge of OpenClinica is required.

– CRF Design workshop: A one-day workshop providing training on advanced CRF design. This module is aimed at people responsible for setting up a study. This module can be combined with the Standard OpenClinica User Training to make a 2-day course.

– Data Import & Export Training: A one-day course focussing on importing data into OpenClinica through the webservices and exporting data out of OpenClinica into commonly used formats (Excel, SPSS). Basic operating knowledge of OpenClinica is required but can be combined with this module.

– Data Entry training: A short training module aimed at people entering deep-phenotyping data in OpenClinica. This module can be provided as a train-the-trainer module to help you train your sites.

Requests for customised training will be considered on an individual basis. Priority will be given to studies that are part of the NIHR Rare Disease Bioresource.
